send DLC to the seller's bank within 3 days after
receiving 2% performance deposit.

The seller shall pay 5% performance bond to Yingke
Law Firm in your country as performance bond for this
transaction
The buyer sends 5% performance bond to Yingke Law
Firm in Xiamen, China, because Yingke Law Firm is a
worldwide chain law firm.
After the buyer and seller complete the performance
bond, the buyer sends the DLC to the seller's bank
and the transaction begins.
