Direct signing of Sugar FCO
procedures:
Buyer issues Letter of Intent / Purchase
Order to Seller
Seller issues Full Cooperate Offer
(FCO) to Buyer
Buyer issues ICPO
Seller issues Draft Contract to Buyers
Buyer read through the draft contract
and does all possible corrections of any
point. There after
both Buyer and Seller signs the Contract
if all terms are agreed upon
Then Seller issue Proforma Invoice to
buyer in order for payments to be
made respectively.
Buyer receives Proforma invoice and
sign to make it sealed and return a
copy to the seller, Within 72 Hours
signing Invoice, will make advance
payments of T/T of the whole merchandise.
Vii. Seller takes care of all expenses
including transportation, taxes, insurance.
Viii. Shipment Commence.
