We registered and operating under the laws
of Equatorial Guinea, hereby submit this
Letter of Intent to formally express our
interest in establishing a commercial relationship
for the purchase and export of the following
Agricultural Products:

1. Green Coffee Beans (Robusta or Arabica)
2. Fresh Pineapples
3. Fresh Bananas (Export Grade)
4. Fresh Mangoes (Export Grade)

Preliminary Terms & Conditions:
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Coffee: Approx. 18?20 metric tons
per shipment (1 container)
Fruits: One 40ft reefer container per product
Target Market: South Korea (Port of
Busan or Incheon)
Packaging: Export-grade, food-safe
packaging, compliant with international
standards
Pricing (subject to negotiation):
FOB Malabo and CIF Busan (South Korea)

Phytosanitary Certificate
Certificate of Origin
Commercial Invoice & Packing List
Bill of Lading (B/L)
Product Quality Certifications
(if available)
Payment Terms:
To be mutually agreed, preferably via
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Letter of
Credit (L/C)
Inspection:
Pre-shipment inspection may be+
requested by buyer or buyers
representative
