We are seeking to purchase 200000 metric
tons of Icumsa 45 Refined Sugar per
month (approx 50000 MT weekly) under a
rolling 12-month contract, with CIF
delivery to Mersin Port, Turkey.

Key Terms:
Payment Terms:
SBLC MT760 (non-transferable), issued
directly to the bank of the exporting plant.
We do not issue SBLCs to intermediaries,
third parties or financial agents.
Inspection & Payment:
SGS inspection at port of discharge (Mersin).
Payment released after successful SGS
inspection POP via Swift:
Exporter must be able to confirm availability
of the volume to our bank via SWIFT POP.
Strict Compliance Clause:
If the exporter uses our bank instrument for
any goods other than sugar, a penalty of
50%-100% of the contract amount will
be applied.

We are seeking only direct sugar
exporters who are able to meet the
above conditions.
