  • Reason for refund

Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.
  • The amount will be sent to the original payment method (credit / debit cards only).
  • Due to complaince limitations, subscriptions received through wire transfers cannot be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not issued for:
  • Services already fully utilized
  • Misuse of credits or messaging system
  • Accounts banned due to fraudulent activity
  • Customized services already delivered
  • Invoices paid through wire transfers
